Charging milestones: After the tripartite contract is signed, the demand side pays the full Commissioned Transaction Service fee to the platform at the same time as paying the project production prepayment; if it is a million-level annual framework/installment project, the corresponding proportion of the service fee can be paid synchronously according to the project payment milestones.

Payment method: Public-to-public transfer, the platform issues formal VAT special/general invoices (invoice category: consulting service fee).

Refund rules: Before project start (the producer has not started any production work), if the demand side unilaterally terminates cooperation, the platform refunds 70% of the service fee; after project start, if project termination is not due to platform reasons, the service fee is not refundable; if the platform fails to fulfill service duties leading to project breach, the service fee is refunded in corresponding proportion.

Jumping Order Breach Rules:If the demander and the supplier obtain each other's contact information through the platform and privately reach a cooperation within 6 months without using the platform, it will be considered as circumvention. The platform reserves the right to pursue legal liability and will permanently remove the supplier team from the vendor pool.
Preferential Rules for Repeat Customers:For repeat customers with a second or subsequent cooperation, the matching service fee is 10% off, and the commissioned service fee is 10% off; for customers with a framework annual cooperation, exclusive preferential rates can be customized.
Tax Rules:All published rates already include taxes, with no additional surcharges.

Charging milestones: After the platform completes the matching service (the demand side and the production side reach a cooperation intention and sign a tripartite cooperation contract), the demand side pays the full Matching Transaction Service fee to the platform in one lump sum at the same time as paying the project production advance payment.

Payment method: Supports public-to-public transfer; the platform issues formal VAT invoices.

Refund rules: After completing team matching and signing the tripartite contract, the service fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the project is ultimately executed; if the platform fails to match a qualified production team as per the requirements, the service fee will be fully refunded.

Adopt a stage payment model, with payment made after Stage Acceptance is passed, ensuring the rights and interests of both parties.

Depending on the project type, scale, and complexity, image design takes 3-5 days; for video projects, a 30-minute final cut typically requires 1-4 weeks; AI Code projects usually take 1-4 weeks.
