You need to register an account to use some features of this Platform. By registering, you agree to:

User Obligations

- Upload content containing malicious code
- Engage in any fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the normal operation of this Platform
Intellectual Property
Regarding content copyright:
- The copyright of the content you upload belongs to you
- You grant this Platform the necessary usage license
- Copyright ownership of project deliverables is as agreed in the contract
Disclaimer
This platform is not responsible for the results of transactions between users. Users should judge and bear transaction risks on their own. Us is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of this service.
Termination of Service
Us has the right to terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of this Agreement
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Long-term inactivity of the account
Modification of the Agreement
Us reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be posted on this platform. Continued use of the services indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Applicable Law
The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent People's Court for litigation.
