LTX 2.3 is currently one of the best open-source video models available, offering free local deployment with unlimited generation.
It is widely used in AI comic dramas, AI advertisements, and AI digital avatar production, and can replace closed-source models for creating simple character dialogue scenes.
However, LTX 2.3 has a major issue: dialogue scenes frequently produce garbled subtitles, significantly reducing the model's usability. The LTX 2.3 ComfyUI workflow shared here, which does not rely on LoRA, dramatically reduces the probability of garbled subtitles during video generation. After nearly a hundred tests with zero subtitle glitches, this workflow has essentially solved the LTX garbled subtitle problem. Feel free to test and provide feedback.
